Straight to the point

  1. Login to https://https://make.powerapps.com/ and choose the appropriate environment
  2. Select your PowerApps Portal App > Three dots> Settings > Site Settings
  3. Select Web Link Set > Select Default > Either delete / deactivate it and refresh the portal

5. In Portal Studio > You can also do the Sync Configuration to sync properly.

Now it will refresh the Navigation menu with your custom pages.

Note: Oliver Rodrigues has written a very good blog about this http://oliverrodrigues365.com/2020/06/20/power-apps-portals-navigation-menu-showing-every-web-page/

Why we need to do this ?

Sometimes when you create the web pages and playing around with Navigation. It will cache the navigation menu and will not remove the links. So if you follow the above steps then you can get rid of Navigation menu caching problem.
