Power Apps Portal: How to configure a single external identity provider?

If you want to use only one external identity provider (Azure AD) as the primary provider, you can configure “Azure Active Directory” as a default identity provider. Here are the steps

  1. Log in to https://make.powerapps.com/
  2. Choose your environment and select Apps
  3. Select your portal application and click three dots.

4. Click Settings > Authentication settings

5. Select Azure Active Directory > Three Dots > Set as default (please see picture below)

When Azure AD is set as the default identity provider, Users signing in to the Portal aren’t redirected to the portal sign-in page. When they click the “Sign In” button, Portal signing in will be using Azure AD.
