Changing workflow responsible for Password reset
Step 1: In the design studio, select the ellipsis (…) from the tool belt, and then select Portal Management.
Step 2: Click Settings Icon on the top right > advanced settings
Step 3: Click Settings > Process Center > Processes
Step 4: Look for “Send Password Reset To Contact”
Step 5: Deactivate the process and at the bottom click “Set Properties”
Step 6: Select From field and click the search icon. Look for “alerts” user and click add. Please see the screenshot below.
